Step 1 — Personal Information: Full name (must match your national ID), date of birth (must be 18+), and gender.

Step 2 — Contact Details: An active Bangladeshi mobile number (+880), an email address, and your preferred currency (BDT recommended).

Step 3 — Account Details: Username, a strong password, and agreement to the terms and conditions.

After registration, you'll need to upload a photo of your National ID (NID) or passport for KYC verification. Some deposits and withdrawals are possible without completing KYC, but it is required for larger transactions.

This is usually caused by an outdated app version, accumulated cache, or a network issue. Follow these steps to fix it:

t91Live streaming and real-time scores are available for selected matches. However, not all matches are covered — here's what you should know:

Live Score: On the Sports Betting page, live scores and odds updates are displayed next to each ongoing match. Bangladesh Cricket Or Over Under Live data continues to update on the page as well.

To watch a live stream:

1 Log in to your account.

2 Go to the Sports section and click the "Live" tab.

3 Matches with streaming available will show a video icon next to them.

4 Streaming is available if your account has a balance of at least ৳100.

Streaming is available for most major cricket, football, and tennis matches. If your bandwidth is low, try reducing the video quality.

t91's VIP program is points-based. You earn points every time you place a bet, and reaching certain thresholds unlocks the next level. There are 5 tiers in total:

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — you must first wager a specified amount. This is known as the wagering requirement.

Example calculation: For example, deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus of ৳1,000. With a 30x wagering requirement, you'll need to place bets totalling (bonus amount × 30) = ৳30,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Key rules:

• Slot game bets typically count at 100%. For Sports Betting, eligibility depends on the odds — only bets with odds above 1.5 count toward the requirement.

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming a bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — welcome bonus, reload bonus, and cashback terms differ.

You can update your profile, but certain details — such as your full name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are locked to your verified identity.

How to change or add a mobile number:

1 Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner.

2 Go to "Account Settings" or "Personal Information".

3 Click the "Change" or "Add" button next to the "Mobile Number" field.

4 Enter your new number — an OTP will be sent to that number.

5 Complete verification with your OTP.

Editable information: Mobile number, email, password, notification settings, preferred language, and contact preferences.

Non-editable: Full name, date of birth, and currency (once KYC is complete). To change any of these, you'll need to submit a request through the Support Team, and additional documents may be required.
